El Encanto, the historic Santa Barbara hideaway, will welcome Fauna, a Latin America 50 Best restaurant from Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico, for one-night-only culinary experience on Saturday, December 13 at the property’s restaurant, The Dining Room and Terrace.
This special event will feature a coastal-inspired, multi-course tasting menu created by Chef David Castro Hussong and Chef Maribel Aldaco Silva of Fauna, paired with wines curated by Wero Cham of Vinos Boutique; a chance to spotlight one of Mexico’s most acclaimed restaurants in an intimate California setting.
This is the second chef and restaurant collaboration in the property’s culinary series, following the inaugural event with Chef Rodrigo Rivera-Río of the Michelin-Starred Koli in October.
