Join us at Paradise Found as we honor the Autumn Equinox, also known as Mabon—a time to pause, reflect, and give thanks for the abundance in our lives as we prepare to turn inward as we near winter. Together, we’ll craft harvest jars filled with natural materials, each element serving as a heartfelt reminder of all we have gathered—seen and unseen—throughout the past year. This gathering will be a warm, creative, and grounding celebration of balance, gratitude, and the turning of the seasons.

Supplies for the harvest jar are included.

This event will be lovingly facilitated and guided by Jennifer Bower, MSN, RN, and creator of The Caregiver Oracle.

As a master-prepared nurse with over 20 years of experience, Jen has a deep understanding of the role of the caregiver. She has worked in a variety of caregiving roles, both professionally and personally, including surgical trauma, nursing education, school nursing, and her role as mother, wife, friend, and community member.

Jen knows that only when we commit to tending to our own essential needs, we can continue to give to others without experiencing resentment, fatigue, and burnout. So come down to Paradise Found for an energetic recharge, find a community of like-minded people in search of love & light, and some Fall Equinox magic.
