About:
Immerse Yourself in the Healing Presence of the native elements of the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden to reconnect with nature and yourself in a Forest Therapy Walk led by Giuliana Mottin. Join us for a gentle and sensory-rich experience in the serene woodlands of the garden. This Forest Therapy Circle offers a unique opportunity to slow down, awaken your senses, and discover the profound healing benefits of nature.
Giuliana will guide you through a series of invitations designed to foster a deeper connection with the natural world. These are not hikes or nature walks in the traditional sense, but rather mindful explorations engaging your sight, sound, touch, smell, and even taste. There’s no right or wrong way to participate; it’s all about what feels authentic and nourishing for you in the moment.
Please bring a sun hat and water bottle if desired.
