Trainings are FREE.
Associates, Trainees, Licensed Therapists, and those with lived experience in Santa Barbara County are invited to attend.
You will get the opportunity to develop: your facilitator style, a structure that is consistent and creates a safe space for participants, deeper connections with peers, ways to empower participants with tools and find a balance between educating and providing support, empowerment to lead a support group regardless of the audience or theme of the group.
This training will focus on practicing the above skills by breaking into smaller groups either in-person or on zoom.
