You’re invited to get to know Library on the Go 2.0: Santa Barbara Public Library’s second mobile outreach van!
Join us on Michael Towbes Library Plaza on March 25, 2026 for a celebration of this exciting milestone, two years in the making.
This project was made possible thanks to a grant from the California State Library and a generous donation from the James M. Cox Foundation.
Enjoy guided tours of the new outreach van, meet the dedicated library staff behind our mobile services, and learn how Library on the
Go brings books, resources, and connections directly to people where they live, work, and play.
This all-ages event is free and open to the public.
