Listening from the Heart: Breath, Sound & Compassionate Communication

Join Yuna Lee for a gentle and reflective workshop blending self-inquiry, conscious breathwork, and sound bath.

Rooted in the principles of Nonviolent Communication, this experience explores how we listen, speak, and breathe through moments of tension or misunderstanding. Together, we’ll soften habitual reactions and open to authentic, heart-centered expression.

Conscious breathwork is a guided, intentional breathing practice that helps release emotional tension and cultivate openness. As you follow a rhythmic, connected pattern of breath, deeper awareness and emotional ease naturally emerge.

The session includes 45 minutes of self-reflective journaling and group dialogue, followed by a breathwork journey and sound bath with crystal and Tibetan bowls, ocean drum, and grounding tones.
No prior experience is needed — simply come as you are, ready to breathe, soften, and reconnect from the heart.

Please bring reading glasses if you use them.
