Creativity invites intuitive exploration through paint or ink.
This session encourages play, texture, color, and personal expression without pressure or expectation.
Participants will be guided through a gentle creative process designed to support mindfulness, curiosity, and self-expression in a welcoming community space.
Activity: Painting or ink exploration + optional reflection.
All experience levels welcome.
