A one-of-a-kind resort village perched on 78 acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean—announces the debut of its Bacara Signature Chef Series, a new culinary program celebrating exceptional global talent through immersive, destination-driven dining experiences.
On Friday, March 6, 2026, the resort will host the inaugural event of the series, welcoming Michelin-starred Chef Miguel Navarro, Executive Chef of Es Fum at The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort.
Chef Navarro has spent time in several Michelin Star restaurants such as the 3-Michelin-Star Piazza Duomo in Alba, Italy; 3-Michelin-Star Azurmendi in Bilbao, Spain, among others.
Known for his Mediterranean approach and focus on seasonal ingredients, Chef Navarro will collaborate alongside The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara’s Executive Chef Roberto Riveros Leyton to create a special weekend of dining that brings together Spanish influences and the spirit of coastal California.
Signature Dinner at Lulio

Saturday evening will feature a collaborative tasting menu at Lulio showcasing several of Chef Navarro’s signature dishes alongside selections from the Lulio culinary team. The evening will begin with a pre-dinner champagne moment reserved for VIP guests, media representatives, and brand partners.
The pre fixe menu will include five courses: two courses from Lulio, two from Chef Navarro, and one dessert. An amuse bouche by Chef Miguel will also be featured. In addition to the tasting menu, a reduced à la carte menu will be offered that incorporates a selection of the guest chef’s signature dishes.
The dinner will be priced at $165 per guest, excluding tax and gratuity, with optional Spanish wine pairings available for an additional charge.
The weekend concludes with an Ocean View Brunch at O Bar Terrace, featuring a buffet-style selection with dishes inspired by Chef Navarro’s culinary identity. The experience will include coastal-inspired beverages available for purchase, along with live acoustic music to enhance the atmosphere.
Pricing $150 per person, excluding tax, gratuity, and beverages, with children under 12 offered at half price. A separate cocktail menu will be available at an additional cost.
