Flow Yoga & Wellness

Start the year with clarity, grounding, and renewed inner space. This 90-minute healing session weaves together journaling, conscious breathwork, and sound healing to help you release last year’s emotional tension and gently open to the new energy of 2026. The experience is crafted to support emotional reset, nervous-system ease, and a more spacious inner landscape.

We begin with gentle grounding and intention setting, followed by guided journaling prompts that help you tune into your inner world. These reflections invite you to recognize what you’re ready to let go of—old patterns, pressure, emotional residue—and what you’re longing to welcome in the year ahead.

From there, we move into conscious breathwork, a rhythmic and intentional breathing practice that supports emotional release, nervous-system regulation, and deeper self-awareness. This method helps loosen stagnant energy, soften mental tension, and create a renewed sense of clarity and inner openness.

The session closes with soothing sound healing using crystal and Tibetan bowls. These resonant frequencies support integration, calm the body, and help anchor the intentions and insights that arise during the journey.

This session is ideal if you’re seeking emotional clarity, energetic cleansing, or a meaningful, embodied way to begin the new year.
All levels welcome; no prior experience necessary.
