Join PALMA Colectiva founder Meredith Markworth-Pollack for a morning ritual of cacao, guided meditation and gentle sound. Ceremonial cacao has long been used by Indigenous communities to connect through heart-coherent frequencies. This gentle plant medicine can offer insights, foster connection to self and spirit, and help harmonize the nervous system. Meredith will lead the group through meditation and a relaxing sound bath designed to inspire and energize creative alchemy. All materials will be provided.
