Progressive bluegrass band Nefesh Mountain brings their masterful musicianship to SOhO Music Club on Thursday, March 19.
Hailing from New York, cofounders Doni Zasloff and Eric Lindberg have spent the past decade redefining roots music, seamlessly blending bluegrass, Americana, folk, blues, and country into a sound that honors tradition while boldly pushing beyond it.
Praised by Rolling Stone for their 2021 album Songs for the Sparrows as a “master class in string music,” the band has collaborated with renowned musicians including Jerry Douglas, Sam Bush, Stuart Duncan, and Greg Leisz, cementing their place among today’s most innovative voices in roots music.
