Join us at Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History for a free public talk from leading figures in astronomy, presented by Las Cumbres Observatory (LCO). LCO Senior Scientist Rachel Street, Ph.D.; Postdoctoral Fellows Katarzyna Kruszynska, Ph.D.; and Carrie Holt, Ph.D.; and Ph.D. student Joseph Farah will explore the many ways that the new Rubin Observatory in Chile is contributing to new frontiers in the field of astronomy. The talk will be followed by a meet-and-greet with the speakers.
Seating is first-come, first-served. No tickets or reservations. The doors will open at 6:30 PM and the talk begins at 7:00 PM.
