Watch as Chef Tony brings his signature expertise and energy to the Santa Barbara Wine Collective, preparing handmade dumplings and a multi-course menu inspired by his latest release, Tony Tan’s Cooking Class. Each dish served family-style will be paired with wines curated by Storm and Almanti Wines to complement the vibrant flavors and diverse influences of Tony’s cuisine.
As a special gift, every guest will receive a signed copy of Tony Tan’s Cooking Class Cookbook to take home—a keepsake filled with recipes, stories, and culinary insight from one of the world’s most inspiring food voices.
