Secret Garden Inn and Cottage
October 18th and 19th, 2025, from noon to 4pm,
Secret Garden Inn and Cottages will host an Open House and Art Show at their 1920s cottage properties at 1908 Bath Street in Santa Barbara.
Owner, Dominique Hannaux, has been the hands-on innkeeper since 1999.
At a time when many inns are being run by out-of-town corporate entities, Dominique’s daily presence at the inn where she greets travelers and guides them to local events, eateries and tours has created a high rate of yearly regulars booking well in advance for holiday get aways.
They come back for her consistently excellent French breakfasts of quiche and croissants and to sit in the gardens under a sprawling persimmons tree, now in full bloom.
Dominique is also a painter who collects local and European art and antiques which will be on display at the Open House.
Locals are invited to see for themselves this well-kept secret in town!
