In a time where compassion is most needed, join Emma Patrick for an embodied journey of breath, 1:1 Reiki + sound facilitated by Anahita Holden. This is a community healing circle – a space for guided group meditation and healing. The circle will open with a collective check in to create personalized Reiki attunements, while also opening threads of connection to all who have shown up.
Bathe in the softness of your body as you receive this calming nourishment for your nervous system. All participants will have the option to receive hands on Reiki healing if consent is given, creating a supportive space for rest, relaxation and gentleness – guiding you back to your breath, body and heart.
