RUBENSTEIN CHAN Contemporary Art

Please join us in celebrating Gerrie Shapiro and her work on March 14, 5-8 pm.

It’s Complicated, marks the first solo exhibit for Gerrie as well as the gallery.

This is Gerrie’s return to the gallery world after more than two decades.

Working primarily in acrylic in canvas, Gerrie creates vivid, message-driven paintings alongside her interactive and wearable sculptural objects that invite touch and movement, revealing shifting narratives from every angle.

Gerrie dedicates this exhibition as a tribute to her father, Jason Shapiro OBM.

A portion of the sales will be donated to the Friendship Center Adult Day Services and Chabad of Montecito.

If you can’t make the reception, the show runs from March 7 – April 5.

The gallery is open Saturday and Sunday, 12-5 pm.

And we are happy to open the gallery by appointment Monday-Friday at www.rubensteinchan.com/appointments
