This year, El Encanto Hotel in Santa Barbara invites guests to celebrate Thanksgiving at The Dining Room and Terrace Restaurant with a three-course set menu created by newly appointed Executive Chef Joel Viehland.
Served from 11:30am – 9:00pm on Thanksgiving Day (November 27th), this refined menu will feature seasonal dishes such as Milliken Farms Autumn Squash Soup, Autonomy Farms Roast Turkey, Local Halibut, or Honey Nut Squash Cavatelli, served with comforting sides and classic desserts like Pumpkin Pie and Chocolate Mousse.
