The FUND Grant Application Workshop #1

The Fund for Santa Barbara is pleased to announce the 2026 Movement Building Grant Cycles request for proposals open on Friday, February 13th.

Interested applicants are also strongly encouraged to attend one of three free grant application workshops, taking place on February 19th, February 24th, and February 25th which provide valuable guidance on the changes to this year’s grant application process.

Spanish interpretation is available upon request.

The Movement Building Grant supports groups and organizations leading efforts to create systemic change through movement building.

We invite partners whose work aligns with our mission to advance Economic, Environmental, Political, Racial, and Social change within Santa Barbara County to inquire about applying.

Applicants may request up to $10,000 in funding.

Additionally, the Multi-Year Movement Building Grant cycle will run concurrently.

This opportunity is exclusively available to pre-existing partners with a history of receiving significant funding (three or more funding cycles).

Pre-existing partners can apply for up to $20,000 per year for two years.
