How to Create Foundational Steadiness – Tapping into Your Biological Resilience: A Nervous System Reset  Workshop

The intention of our time together will be to give serious students, teachers, and practitioners an opportunity to understand how to best apply emergent nervous system science for greater habit, behavior, and body change. We’ll explore key concepts of the Polyvagal Theory, learn how to apply the most effective strategies to our clients and ourselves for expanding steadiness, capacity, healing, and improving how we interact with all of lives ups and downs. 

Join 25+ movement educator and nervous system coach, Chantill Lopez, this Friday, March 14th at the Dance Hub for a powerful movement and somatic inquiry experience to support you in creating foundational balance between mind, body, and movement to transform your nervous.

Bring a yoga mat and anything you need to be comfortable. Leave with tools and practices that you can use anytime, anywhere, to help you stay steadier in the chaos and to expand joy more often.

Chantill is also offering two 90-minute classes:

  • Friday evening, March 14th — 5:30 – 7 pm — class called:

Root + Rise  – A movement and somatic inquiry experience to support you in creating foundational balance between mind, body, and movement to transform your nervous.

  • Saturday morning, March 15th — 11 am – 12:30 pm — class called: 

Nourishing Steadiness + Hope in Times of Uncertainty – A community experience of cultivating resilience, deep rest and restoration.
