The Santa Barbara Mariachi Festival presents a special Winter Show featuring the world renowned Mariachi Nuevo Tecalitlán on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at the historic Lobero Theatre in downtown Santa Barbara.
This unforgettable evening celebrates the rich tradition of mariachi music while also introducing the first annual Santa Barbara Mariachi Festival Vocalist Competition, highlighting emerging talent alongside one of the most respected mariachi ensembles in the world.
The concert runs from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, with doors opening at 3:30 pm. A VIP reception will take place from 3:00 to 4:00 pm. The event is held at the Lobero Theatre, located at 33 East Canon Perdido Street in Santa Barbara.
Proceeds from the event support music education and college scholarships for local students through the Santa Barbara Mariachi Festival.
