While traditional sound bath and sound healing sessions employ a “passive experience”: participants listen while lying on the ground, our vocal expression sessions invite you to actively tone with the singing bowls.

We will begin with gentle stretching to “TUNE” and “AWAKEN” our bodies as instruments.

Here, toning is therapeutic as well as beautiful.

Gently guided vocal expression in harmony with the singing bowl’s note allows release for unwanted energy and buried emotions.

This style of toning can be so open-ended and spontaneous, allowing everyone to explore their creativity without the constraints of traditional techniques or predetermined outcomes. This approach encourages a fluid expression of emotions and ideas, where the one can manipulate tones and colors in a way that feels natural and instinctive.

The absence of rigid guidelines fosters an environment where experimentation is not only welcomed but celebrated.

Additionally, the free style of toning can serve as a form of meditation or mindfulness for the participants.

As they immerse themselves in the process, they may find a sense of flow that allows their mind to quiet and focus solely on the act of creation.

This meditative quality can enhance the overall experience, transforming the act of toning into a journey of self-discovery and expression.

In conclusion, the free style of toning is not merely a technique but a profound exploration of artistic freedom. It invites spontaneity, encourages experimentation, and fosters a deep connection between the artist and their work, resulting in pieces that are vibrant, expressive, and deeply personal.

Make your voice heard by the world, and you might be surprised to hear your own voice!

Even if you are intimidated by singing, this kind of vocalizing — creating natural vowel sounds without words — is an easy, fun and powerful tool for self-liberation.
