Join us Tuesday, August 5th at 1 p.m. for a valuable seminar featuring two local Santa Barbara experts who will equip attendees with practical tools to recognize, prevent, and respond to phone and online scam threats in today’s digital world. Learn real-world strategies to recognize and avoid financial scams targeting our Senior community. Hosted at Cody’s Cafe (Event Room). Coffee and Dessert will be provided by Cody’s Cafe!
Meet our Speakers:
Bill Prainito is a Private Mortgage Banker at Wells Fargo. Bill began his lending career in 1998 and has led mortgage teams across Silicon Valley. He brings decades of leadership and residential lending expertise.
Ruben Lopez is an Estate Planning Attorney with over 25 years of experience in law, finance, and real estate. Ruben will speak on how to spot the warning signs of elder abuse and protect loved ones from financial exploitation.
