Details:
Enjoy ocean views during Patty Helberg’s 60-minute yoga practice for all levels. Patty will lead an all-levels Hatha practice focusing on alignment principles with modifications as needed. You will leave the class feeling stronger, taller, open, and ready to meet the day.
Please bring a yoga mat, block and strap, and a water bottle with you to this class. Wearing sun protection is strongly encouraged.
Please park in the main guest parking lot on the west side of Mission Canyon Road and use our pedestrian path to walk to the Pritzlaff Conservation Center.

Patty Helberghas training in Hatha and Vini Yoga and has been teaching for 10+ years. In all of her teachings, Patty focuses on good alignment and addressing the heart, body, and mind.
