The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry invites all department alumni and Santa Barbara community members to attend a special seminar and breakfast event. Experienced graduate students will present their work in a series of 10- to 15-minute general-audience talks designed to appeal to chem students and professionals from any discipline and at any experience level. Accompanied by coffee and continental breakfast, the collegial and friendly atmosphere of this seminar will provide a great opportunity to connect with current faculty and students and learn about ongoing research projects in the department. This event will also include a silent auction and a raffle (raffle ticket included in attendance cost). All proceeds will support the development of student programs within the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry.
