The SBCC Theatre Arts Department will present a play by Williams Shakespeare, directed by R. Michael Gros, and featuring a cast of talented student and community actors.

So quick bright things come to confusion in the Athenian woods. Hilarious disaster ensues when a pair of young lovers flees Athens in pursuit of love and are moonstruck in the nearby mystical woods. Add a misapplied love potion, mistaken identities, a lovers’ quarrel among the king and queen of the fairy world, a troupe of insanely comic rustics in a play-within-a-play and we have the recipe for one of Shakespeare’s most beloved comedies.

The Sunday, November 18 performance will be live-captioned for the hearing-impaired. Ticket prices are $16 general/$13 seniors/$8 students and seating is general admission. Due to the intimate nature of the Jurkowitz Theatre, no late seating is permitted. Parking is free and near the theatre. Call the Garvin Theatre Box Office or purchase tickets online at
