CARTER, Edward Franklin; of Santa Barbara; died October 30, 2009; he was 84. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th. at 11am at the Santa Barbara Cemetery Chapel. Memorial donations: The Boy Scouts of America or The Santa Barbara Maritime Museum. Arrangements by Welch-Ryce-Haider 965-5145.
