One of Santa Barbara's most popular restaurants, Elements Restaurant and Bar overlooks the picturesque Santa Barbara County Courthouse and Sunken Gardens. Co-Owner and Executive Chef, Paul Becking, serves worldly fusion cuisine from a glass enclosed kitchen. Wraps, creative salads, sandwiches and panini specialties are served for lunch and entrees such as lemongrass-panko crusted sea bass and cinnamon spiced duck confit risotto are served for dinner.
