Four drivers were arrested for being under the influence of alcohol or drugs during Santa Barbara County’s Vintners’ Festival last weekend. Avoid the 12-an anti-DUI collaborative among the 12 county law enforcement agencies-stopped 77 vehicles and conducted 16 investigations.
