Santa Barbara city councilmembers Das Williams and Brian Barnwell held their re-election kickoff events this past week, joining fellow Councilmember Helene Schneider in the race for elected office. Barnwell held his party on 5/24 at Bricks Cafe on State Street, while Williams held an event at Arroyo Burro Estuary on 5/22, followed by a party at Arnoldi’s Cafe. Thus far, no opposition has risen up to challenge the three incumbents.
