InfoGenesis Bought by Technology Company

Two years after being acquired by private equity firm Warburg Pincus, Santa Barbara’s InfoGenesis has once again been bought, this time for $90 million by Florida-based information technology company Agilysys. InfoGenesis, a roughly 170-person firm that provides software for the hospitality industry, including point-of-sale software used for cash register systems, reportedly had revenues of about $42 million for the 12-month period ending on 3/31.
