— As part of its “Business After Hours” series, Business First National Bank will host a presentation on how businesses can improve profits while conserving energy. The guest speaker is Eric Woodroof. The can-do Woodroof-surfer, triathlete, private pilot, open water diver, Eagle Scout, Elks Lodge member, former captain of the UCSB Sailing Team, husband, and father of two who holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering with an Energy and Environment Emphasis-owns three businesses including Green Travel Partners, an innovative service which shares travel booking commissions with participating businesses while polishing their reputations and healing the earth’s atmosphere all at the same time. Guests are welcome to eat hors d’ouvres and sip drinks from 5:30 till 7:30 p.m., on Tthursday, June 28 at the 1035 State Street branch of Business First, while Woodroof shares his expertise and answers questions.
