Justin Thalheimer, 18, suspected in the stabbing death of a 33-year-old homeless man in Northridge, was arrested by UCSB police on an Isla Vista beach on 9/7. Thalheimer was camping near the beach when he was spotted by police, who had been notified that he might be near the campus. He was held at the Santa Barbara County Jail until picked up by Los Angeles police.
