Rumors have posited that Houston-based ExpressJet Airlines will soon be flying between Santa Barbara Airport and Sacramento International. Although company spokesperson Kristy Nicholas said ExpressJet would indeed be flying out of Santa Barbara in the future, she would not confirm with which cities the airline would be connecting until the 10/8 press conference in Santa Barbara. As of press time, the company’s Web site posted job listings for two Santa Barbara-based positions.
