Owners of Lompoc’s La Purisima Golf Course announced this week that they will approach the Santa Barbara County Planning Commission on 11/28 with plans to build a wine-themed resort complex that will include 80 hotel rooms, 85 residential units, a restaurant, outdoor recreation facilities, banquet hall, and spa.
