Wed Nov 21, 2007 | 06:00am

At the same time the county Alcohol, Drug & Mental Health Services Department is facing painful budget cuts, it is beginning a holiday program with Proposition 63 funding, which is limited to new programs. HopeLine is a peer-run service offering support, connections, and referrals for consumers of mental health services, available Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. For information, call 1-866-778-0822.
