The Santa Barbara County Historic Landmarks Advisory Commission delayed a decision on a design for a meadow terrace exhibit at the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden, requesting more information from the garden. Construction on the initial design began several months ago, but was halted due to complaints from the public. A compromise between the HLAC and the garden was discussed, and a new design was presented on 11/15.
