Organizers of Sunday morning arts and crafts along Cabrillo Boulevard appealed City Hall’s plans to beautify the ocean side of Cabrillo between Garden and Milpas Streets with new sidewalks and landscaping. Craft show organizers agree the sidewalks need to be replaced, but said the extensive landscaping proposed for the four-foot wide strip that runs between the curb and the sidewalk will effectively block views and access to their show.
