The body of an Ethiopian-born woman-Zerfie Getahun, 33, of Los Angeles-was found in a ditch off Highway 101 near Santa Barbara last week after she was reportedly stabbed to death by her brother, Mulushewa Tebedge, also of Los Angeles. Tebedge-who reportedly has a history of psychological problems-confessed to stabbing his 75-year father as well, claiming he thought his father and sister were conspiring against him.
