Holiday lights.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year again, and luckily for you, our self-proclaimed Indy Holiday Enforcer, Rachel Weight, has undertaken the overwhelming yet exciting task of compiling and organizing every single holiday event in Santa Barbara.

In the following pages you’ll find that Santa Claus is managing multiple photo-ops; carolers and tubas are performing your favorite holiday tunes on every street corner; there are not one but 10 performances of The Nutcracker; and enough fun and funky arts and crafts fairs to get gifts for every quirky relative on your list. And who says it never snows in Santa Barbara? They must have forgotten about Winter Funderland! This holiday season, make time to take the Trolley of Lights for a tour of the most fantabulously decorated houses in S.B., ride the Candy Cane Train, or light a star in remembrance of someone you love. For the young to the young at heart, in these next few pages you’re sure to find plenty of choices to fill your social calendar with holiday cheer.
