Heather Lea Hulsey, 22, pleaded no contest to vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated in connection with last year’s hit-and-run killing of forensic psychiatrist Dr. Ronald Shlensky. She faces a maximum sentence of nine years as opposed to a possible 16 years had the case gone to trial.
