The Old Spanish Days board of directors announced on 12/18 that Tim Taylor-branch manager of Santa Barbara’s Indymac Bank-will serve as El Presidente of the 2008 Fiesta. Taylor formerly served as vice president in 2005. Also announced were new executive committee members Josiah Jenkins, Kathy McKee, and Cas Stimson.
