But perhaps people don’t know the glory of their Tuesday-night special: sopes. Crusty masa cups fried golden, stuffed with a pulled chicken and topped with some shreds of cheese, a radish slice or two, and a fiery (more or less depending on the week-this stuff is homemade style) red sauce.
