Santa Barbara County Fire’s Hazardous Materials team responded to an oil spill at a Greka-owned facility off Palmer Road in northern Santa Barbara County on 5/1, according to County Fire spokesperson Eli Iskow. An underground pipe burst and leaked three barrels of crude oil and 30 barrels of toxic produced water spilled, but the crews contained the matter that day.
