Santa Barbara’s Wheel Fun Rentals is following in the footsteps of its fellow franchises up and down the coast and giving free rentals to Big and Little Brothers and Sisters, which operates in Santa Barbara under the auspices of Family Services Agency. All three Wheel Fun locations will rent bicycles, skates, andfor those with drivers’ licenseselectric vehicles for free to mentors and protegees for the duration of their participation in the program.
