Money for Carp Section of State Trail?

The California Coastal Conservancy is scheduled to deliberate this week about the proposed Carpinteria segment of the California Coastal Trail. The conservancy is poised to pony up some $50,000 for efforts related to paving the way for a Carp section of the long stewing state-mandated seaside walking/hiking path. Specifically, the money would be used to help prepare the various environmental documents necessary to help make the trail section a reality.
