Mize’s Father Sentenced on Drug Charges

Paul Martinez, 48, longtime gang member and father of accused murderer Ruben Mize, was sentenced last month to four years and eight months for possession of a controlled substance. He was admitted to Wasco State Prison on 12/4, according to state records. Martinez, whose son has already racked up sentences totaling at least 34 years behind bars and still has a murder charge pending, has been in and out of prison for decades, mostly on drug and gang-related charges.
