In a two-month period, the United Boys and Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County raised $323,000 from between 75-80 donors, said CEO Michael Rattray. The largest giver was anonymous, Rattray said, but notable donors included Network Hardware Resale and Deckers Outdoor Corporation. The majority of the supporters, Rattray noted, were individuals who had never before given to the organization. “We thank the community at large that understands our mission and what we do for kids,” he said.
