Thomas Arnold, 55, is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and is being held in the Burlington County Jail on $250,000 bail. The case, said a Burlington prosecutor in a prepared statement, will be referred to the county’s Grand Jury for indictment.

An investigation revealed that Arnold purportedly made arrangements for 15 large boxes of weed to be shipped to the storage facility. He was arrested on May 16 after the container arrived. Citing the ongoing investigation, the prosecutor said no additional information will be released at this time.

“The message to dope peddlers is very clear,” said prosecutor Robert Bernardi in the statement. “We are out there, every day, looking for you. If you plan on plying your trade in Burlington County, we will find you, arrest you, and bring you to justice.”
