Murder Suspect’s Mom Pleads Guilty to Dealing Heroin

Maria Robles — mother of Adrian Robles — and Regina Trujillo each pleaded on 12/10 to sale of heroin, and both admitted an enhancement for a prior narcotic sales conviction. Each will receive a three-year prison sentence, according to prosecutor Mary Barron, but because of AB 109 sentencing guidelines, they will be eligible to serve their time in a split sentence — one year in County Jail followed by two years of mandatory supervision. The two women must also forfeit seized cash, Barron said.
