The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear Steve Pappas’s voter fraud case against 3rd District Supervisor Doreen Farr, thus bringing Pappas’s long-running quest to a close. Pappas contested the results of the 2008 election — which he lost to Farr, along with the 2012 election — and has lost at every legal level from the trial court up through the appellate courts. He also was ordered to pay Farr’s substantive legal fees resulting from the case.
